co.404 Coliving San Cristóbal

Great community but terrible management.

Gives more of a hostel vibe than a proper coliving. There are way too many volunteers who just sit around and play music all day. The rules in the coworking space aren’t enforced and people who stay in the dorms take up the best call booths and leave their stuff in there for the duration of their stay. Sheets and towels are in terrible condition and the place is dirty despite cleaners coming 6x/week. The beds are also way too small for two people, they’re full sized rather than queen/king (except the quad room), and the pillows are equivalent to a sack of potatoes. Also, the volunteers are in charge of all the plans for the week, so the guests can’t collectively decide the activities unlike all the other colivings I’ve been at.

Such an amazing month in co404 !!! This family is the best, Santi and all the volunteers made me truly feel like at home and part of an amazing community, the common areas are sooo cute, the location is so chill and calm. I got so productive here too, and shared so much with the peeps working there, it motivated me to upgrade my AI game, and those things are important for me as a Digital Nomad, to feel inspired to work in the place i’m in 💻 Only thing to keep in mind if it’s your firsty in San Cris is that during my first 10 days end of march beginning of april, it rained quite a bit , which is apparently not common for spring (hello global warming!) so san cris is a bit less comfy with rain (charming & cozy if it is a day or two ofc heheh) but when the sun came out i didn’t want to leave this place. The town has so much to do in terms of activities (yoga, sound healing, concerts, chocolate stores, coffee shops, bookshops to discover, amazing restaurants etc..) Also i went to sumidero canyon with the coliving team and we had a BLAST! Super well organized and everyone was just so much fun. I miss you guys 💛🐰 thanks for everything! Wait for me!! I’ll be back 🐶
