Today I'm attending the Lighting Innovation Day 2026 workshop by #TotaLSolution (Thailand) in Chiang Mai. The venue is very convenient, with extra parking available in the next alley.

Still one of the best places to consider long-term for co-living and co-working. Some improvements that I could recommend would be better communication? As perhaps most clients that come to the Hub are very busy people and would love clear information be handed in a form that will allow them to decide easily, especially if it affects normal conventions like months being actual months and not being 30 days only, as it can be hard to remember this rule during checkout. Overall, the Hub is still a perfect place for people in the digital nomadic world. Shout out to Ms. Natika, Mickey and Amy, and the rest of the team (Even former employees - Pai, Bi and Fan!). More power to Hub53!

I found a great workspace with plenty of meeting rooms, both private and shared, lots of workspaces, and it's secure with a facial recognition access system.
