in the last weekI originally came for 3 months and ended up staying for a year, and made so many interesting, fun friends along the way. The vibe is perfect — a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community where you get as much out of it as you put in. There are always things to work through, but Maria and Eva are super responsive, caring and always willing to take on feedback. A lot of thought has been put into making it an amazing experience while keeping it affordable and true to the coliving spirit. A perfect place for digital nomads and those new to Montreal. Also consider coming in the fall/winter! Having experienced every season at Noco, fall and winter were some of my favourites. There's so many unique experiences to be had and the city stays super active and lively throughout the colder months. Best place to spend winter in Canada!

4 months agoThe perfect landing pad for digital nomads who are new to Montréal and looking to meet like-minded people and plug into a vibrant, diverse community. The location is unbeatable, steps from La Fontaine Park, great restaurants, and the bars and clubs along St. Catherine. I’ve stayed here three times now, and every visit genuinely feels like coming home. Huge thanks to Maria and Eva for their outstanding hospitality and for making the space feel so welcoming every single time.

a year agoLiving at Nico was one of the best experience of my life. Nowhere else would you find the kind of flexibility, a vibrant community with incredible people and the facilities afforded for the price you pay. For newcomers to the city, it's the easiest way to find ideas, support and camaraderie.
