Staying at Burgas Coliving was a great experience. The hosts, Katya and Tony, are very warm & welcoming. You can tell how much thought and love they put into modernizing the old hotel but keep some of its character at the same time. The garden is amazing, with lots of seating, tables, beautiful lights for the nights, BBQ spot, hammocks... There are two dogs on the property, very gentle and rather shy - and I enjoyed watching them play while having my morning coffee. I have to admit that I totally underestimated how good the food is in Bulgaria. Whether it was at the house (e.g. Monday BBQ with Katya's homemade chickpea patties or Sunday pancakes) or at the restaurants. There is a great place for fish south of Burgas in a little harbor, ask them about it when you like seafood :) And make sure to try different cheeses as well! Regarding wine and beer, Tony can give you wonderful recommendations (and he brews craft beer - very tasty!!) and there is a wide variety to choose from at the house. On a more practical note: There are small grocery shops, pharmacy, bakery, ATM, bus stops to Burgas in walking distance.

Burgas Coliving was one of the best Coliving experiences I've ever had. It is located in a smaller town next to Burgas (but you get everything you need there) and Burgas is just 30 min away by bus (from door to door). Next to the coliving, you can find a forest with some hiking trails where you have a beautiful view over Burgas. Inn the Coliving, you have different places you can go: either the huge green garden (with cute dogs and cats), the coworking space, the living room (with a big tv) or just sit down in the coridor on the comfortable sofas (that was always my favourite place to read a book). The kitchen has everything you need. Even tho you miss something, they make sure you get it as soon as possible. The rooms are spascious and have a desk (which is a huge plus if you have a call). Katya, Tony and Sasha made the time there unique. They showed us Burgas and other beautiful places nearby. They introduced the Bulgarian culture to us with typical Bulgarian fish at the bonfire or Rakia tasting. Burgas Coliving is the perfect place to calm down and reconnect with yourself and the nature. There is enough space, whether you want to be alone or with other Colivers. Thank you Katya, Tony & Sasha for this amazing experience. (& also the September squad) 🤍

I spent four weeks in Burgas coliving and the only thing I regret is not staying longer. This was my first coliving experience and I don't think I could have picked a better destination. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, as well as a number of additional facilities and activities, including a huge television, table tennis table, basketball hoop and pétanque field. These facilities, and the spacious communal areas, ensure that you are never bored and provide ample opportunity to socialise with the other colivers. The spaces have been decorated expertly with lots of additional, thoughtful touches which result in Burgas coliving feeling more like a home than just another stop on the road. The wonderful accommodation is only matched by the wonderful hosting skills of Tony, Katya and Sasha, who combine to ensure that you feel like part of the family and that your stay is a memorable one. Personal highlights were the private wine and rakia tastings and, of course, the legendary Mitko.

Amazing Place and host! This is my 10th day here and it has been amazing. From the start they were very helpful with talking to a taxi company to make sure they are sending me to the right place. Right when I got there they met me outside with big smiles and open arms (and home made pasta since it was late evening for dinner) I then went up to my room which was beautiful, it has its own balcony, AC Unit, and ample room for all my stuff. The following day I woke up was able to use all there top of the line appliances to make some breakfeast. On the property they have everything from almost a full bar or beer and wine to different games outside. 10 days in and I have 0 complaints, this is perfect for people that want to hang around some cool people, live a more quiet life style, and see the beautiful country of Bulgaraia

The hosts are among the most generous people I've met! The setting is simply magical. I have nothing but amazing words to describe this place. Everything is though out, the place is full of art, craft beer, local wines, has a huge backyard and is home to Mitko.
