Remote workers of all sorts can be found at Kotor Nest Coliving. In addition to working diligently, these people are here to socialize, have fun, learn, and make connections.
In addition to everything being about community, Kotor Nest Coliving believes that community should be composed of individuals who are open to new experiences and eager to collaborate. When we think about what makes us happy, we remember the dinners we ate together, the walks we took with the sea as our backdrop, and the lazy days we spent sunbathing.
All of the rooms are large and furnished with a chair and working desk. The double beds and superb mattresses will provide a childlike sleep.

2 months agoIncredible place. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms, in a truly awesome town. The staff were very helpful, kind and made my stay special. It’s perfectly placed, right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything you need only 5 minutes walk maximum - from mountain trails, to the beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It really was one of the best places I’ve stayed in recent memory and I will definitely revisit again and again. Fantastic experience & highly recommend the place.

2 months agoBest Coliving Experience – Booked for 1 month, and extended 2 more Weeks. The Coliving is located in Kotor Old Town which gives you a surreal environment to live at. The building is very big and spacious, you have access to a personal room with all you need for a pleasant stay: comfortable bed, desk in case you want to work from you room, wardrobe and some bedrooms even come private bathroom and; every floor has its kitchen with free coffee included, you also get access to a coworking space located in the same building. There is a communal kitchen and living room where people gather after working hours to hangout. The place is very clean, I’d say cleaning happens almost daily. The Nest team focus on community; they plan weekly activities and they are also very open to support any activities the community feel like doing which allow you to meet fellow digital nomads but also discover the beauties of Kotor. Some activies we had were: hiking, kayaking, SUP, mastermind sessions, movie nights, welcome/farewall dinners, biking to nearby villages and have lunch in local mussels’ farm, sailing boat trips; thanks to all of that that I was able to meet like-minded and very generous people from different backgrounds and countries, the synergy, respect, energy and connection between everyone was incredible. In Old Town you can find restaurants, small supermarkets, cafes, pubs, clubs, shops… everything you need is at a walking distance, including supermarkets, gym, shopping center, bus station, great hike trails. It is a magical place and I’m looking forward to going back in 2023! Can’t recommended enough!

2 months agoAfter a few months of travelling almost every other week, Kotor Nest was the perfect place to call home for a month. I haven’t come across many similar set-ups with owners / operators who understand what “hospitality” really means. It’s one of very few bookings I’ve ever made where the bedrooms blew my expectations out of the water. Fantastically furnished, spotless rooms with super-comfy super-king size bed, en-suite bathroom (not all rooms have en suite, so double check when booking) & private office set up, complimentary tea & coffee, well equipped kitchen & a cosy communal living room. There is a beautiful co-working space to avail of, however Im on lots of zoom calls daily & prefer to have some private space to work from, so having my own work space in my room was the dream. Community is at the core - plenty of activities organised which you can choose to opt in for, or not, with no pressure. Hiking, kayaking, boat trips, cycle trips, mussel farms, lunches, dinners, business workshops can all be looked forward to. Made some great connections & can’t wait to get back again to make some more, It’s taken me a while to write this, partially because I’d selfishly like to keep it low key so I can get my room back whenever I like But it’s doing travellers a disservice not to share. Enjoy it!

3 months agoIf you're a digital nomad and looking for a good place to work remote AND be part of a nomad community, Kotor Nest is your place. Filip is doing a great job to create a community/nomad family in one of the prettiest places in Montenegro. Kotor Nest is right in the beautiful old town of Kotor. It's lovely to wander around in the early mornings or evenings when there are almost no tourists (mainly cruise ships). A big supermarket is just 5 minutes away, but in the old town there are small supermarkets as well. The rooms in Kotor Nest are spacious and equiped with everything you need as a digital nomad: an amazing bed, a work desk (when you don't want to work in the coworking of Kotor Nest or the communal areas) and a locker in the wardrobe to put your belongings like passport, wallet, laptop etc. Some rooms have a private bathroom, otherwise you share it with 3 other rooms (room price varies because of this). You will have a personal code to get to your floor + a key to lock your room, so double security. Filip and the community manager are doing a great job to really give you that home-away-from-home-feeling that you can miss when you're moving around for a while. Almost every day you can join an activity (hiking, biking in the Bay of Kotor, lovely dinners, movie nights). They organise a lot of welcome and goodbye dinners, so everyone feels included in the community. I stayed for 2 weeks in Kotor Nest and had the best time. When you move around a lot as a digital nomad it's amazing to be part of a nomad family, even if it's just for a small amount of time. I made some new nomad friends that I will definitely see again in the future!
