Neighbourgood Coliving

I had the most beautiful experience here a few weeks ago; when friend of mine and I were working late hours. It was just after 6pm so guests started arriving. I could feel it, the co-living experience, just by being in the space at that time. Echoes of friendliness, kindness and compassion filled the room. How people interact in the kitchen is also a reflection of this; with a flow and effectiveness that makes everything run smoothly for everybody. I honestly get the appeal of this place and how it could be a remarkable experience for you too.

Neighbourgood provided me with everything I look for in a place to stay in Cape Town. Comfort in my room, A place to work, the opportunity to be close by and a part of the city around me. I would highly recommend it for anyone that wants to be in an active community. There are a ton of networking events to participate in, the staff are friendly and at the end of the day an immaculate room to return to.

I stayed at Neighbourgood for a short period whilst relocating from JBH to CPT for work. The experience, from start to finish was exceptional and I would highly recommend Pierre and his team at East City. The onboarding was swift and the short term rates where extremely affordable, particularly when you consider the facilities and proximity to everything in Town. The benefit was that I was able to get my keys and be operational for work, within minutes. Additionally, the team was able to accommodate a need for a parking spot for my car in the evenings. The facilities were great and the weekly cleaning service provided a great piece of mind. For anyone looking for a short term stay (approx. 1 - 3 months, there would be no need to look any further).

Conveniently located in the heart of the CBD, this place gives me direct access to everything I need for a stay in Cape Town. Secure access control to make me feel safe, walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and even nightlife - I had everything I needed! The access to Neighbourgood Workspace also let me get my work done easily.

Co - living is what it’s all about and Murray and his team have done this perfectly. With an incredible blend of amazing accomodation, community and personal attention to its members, there is simply no other place one would want to stay. Neighbourgood rocks!
