Hive Coliving

I moved into HIVE at the end of January with my little dog Waddle and safe to say that I can credit almost all of my comfort with settling down in Dubai to this building! HIVE has such a great community of people and yet you also have privacy. The facilities are unlike anything I’ve ever had before and I can’t even begin to tell you how easy it is to get things done here! I run my own company and HIVE is where I hold all my client meetings and also work from home without having to be stuck in my apartment with the great working space they have. More importantly my dog Waddle lives his best life here and loves everyone at HIVE.

Been living in Hive since it opened in January 2022. Amazing staff, shout out to Bass, Lisa and security Chris for making the place feel like a home. It's the first building in Dubai where I know my neighbours and also have areas like the outside bbq and rooftop where I've been able have friends over. I LOVE that they have made big efforts to have recycling and composting available which is something I'm so used to doing from back home. It's honestly just a cool bunch of people trying to do cool stuff there. Also the rooftop pool for a swim while the sunsets is my fave weekly ritual.

So glad to find a safe, collaborative, inspiring environment in Dubai. This Co-Living space is perfect for freelancers and entrepreneurs.

Can’t imagine living anywhere else in Dubai at this point! I lived in few communities before around the world, incl. a coliving but Hive is the best designed one, starting with building and facilities itself, the common areas being optimized best way to support both your work and your leisure time to hangout with other residents, to events and Hive app which makes your life easier. The staff is always helpful, reacts fast to any requests. Building is well maintained and you can see how management puts the work every day to improve in order for residents to make their life’s easier. What I love about Hive is that they really choose residents wisely, mixing all the nationalities from around the world. Love no kids, pets welcomed policy, thanks to which, the vibe is even better. You can feel Hive is a thought- through project interior- wise and people- wise. Hive team created a real community - mashallah to that! I love everything about Hive. it's modern, clean and comfortable especially for those who WFH/ freelancers. You don't have to worry about bills , cleaning or anything they literally thought of everything not to mention the monthly events and great community. Highly recommended
