Welcome to Les Briques Coliving in Lion-sur-Mer, Normandy, France! Just two hours from Paris, and a mere five-minute stroll from the beach, Les Briques was originally an old farm, which has been lovingly renovated. Enjoy four unique spaces: coworking, coliving, a cozy tea room, and a woodworking studio, each thoughtfully designed for your needs. The Coworking Space: Boasting 20 workstations, private phone booths, a meeting room, as well as high-speed wifi, lockers, and laser printing. Enjoy free locally roasted and organic coffee and tea. The Coliving Space: Inspired by boat cabins and Japanese capsule hotels, the coliving space offers eleven cozy pods made of light wood and stone. Each pod features storage, a comfy hotel-quality bed, reading lights, and power sockets. Additional storage is available, and Wi-Fi is a given. The Tea Room: Open from Wednesday to Sunday, it’s a foodie haven, serving up homemade, local, organic dishes. Enjoy some of our specialties – aperitifs on Thursday nights, pancakes on Friday and brunch on Sunday. Depending on the season, Les Briques offers a variety of activities. Summers are perfect for beach fun, including catamaran sailing, beach volleyball, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more. In the winter, cozy up by one of our three stoves, explore D-Day beaches and museums, or pamper yourself at the spa in Luc-sur-Mer, which is open year-round. Explore Normandy’s rich history, catch a film at the local cinema, or indulge in spa treatments with a sea view, just a 10-minute bike ride from Les Briques. 13/01/2024 at 15:01I spent amazing two weeks in Les Briques Coliving. This place is thought out in every detail and hosts are so amazing, you feel welcomed from first seconds. I loved coliving and coworking space, but whole town is lovely with a great beach. Highly recommend !
