Welcome to Les Briques Coliving in Lion-sur-Mer, Normandy, France! Just two hours from Paris, and a mere five-minute stroll from the beach, Les Briques was originally an old farm, which has been lovingly renovated.
Enjoy four unique spaces: coworking, coliving, a cozy tea room, and a woodworking studio, each thoughtfully designed for your needs.
The Coworking Space: Boasting 20 workstations, private phone booths, a meeting room, as well as high-speed wifi, lockers, and laser printing. Enjoy free locally roasted and organic coffee and tea.
The Coliving Space: Inspired by boat cabins and Japanese capsule hotels, the coliving space offers eleven cozy pods made of light wood and stone. Each pod features storage, a comfy hotel-quality bed, reading lights, and power sockets. Additional storage is available, and Wi-Fi is a given.
The Tea Room: Open from Wednesday to Sunday, it’s a foodie haven, serving up homemade, local, organic dishes. Enjoy some of our specialties – aperitifs on Thursday nights, pancakes on Friday and brunch on Sunday.
Depending on the season, Les Briques offers a variety of activities. Summers are perfect for beach fun, including catamaran sailing, beach volleyball, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more. In the winter, cozy up by one of our three stoves, explore D-Day beaches and museums, or pamper yourself at the spa in Luc-sur-Mer, which is open year-round.
Explore Normandy’s rich history, catch a film at the local cinema, or indulge in spa treatments with a sea view, just a 10-minute bike ride from Les Briques.

I had a fantastic stay at Les Briques this July. I’ve been to a number of colivings, and this I would say is my favourite in France! Firstly the location was quite accessible and easy from Paris- train then bus worked well from Caen. The family who own the place are so welcoming and it has a genuinely great atmosphere. The furnishings in the coliving and whole property overall are beautifully done. It’s clear that the woodwork studio they own is of very high quality! The design is lovely and the rooms are cosy and comfortable. Added to that I made friends there- the group were genuinely fun and chilled out. We had flexibility but also the right balance to join organised activities if we wanted. I loved the night market in Lion sur Met and the galettes! We also learned the history visiting the Arromanches museum for D-Day which was fascinating. The beach is lovely and it just makes for a perfect break from the city! Thank you to the Bruneau family and I hope to return next year! ☀️🌊

Best place to grab a quality coffee along the coast, together with homemade bites. I like the vibe of the nicely renovated farm. There are cosy indoor and outdoor areas to chill. I regret not finding that place earlier during my stay in the area (and service is great)

13/01/2024I spent amazing two weeks in Les Briques Coliving. This place is thought out in every detail and hosts are so amazing, you feel welcomed from first seconds. I loved coliving and coworking space, but whole town is lovely with a great beach. Highly recommend !
