Remote workers of all sorts can be found at Kotor Nest Coliving. In addition to working diligently, these people are here to socialize, have fun, learn, and make connections.
In addition to everything being about community, Kotor Nest Coliving believes that community should be composed of individuals who are open to new experiences and eager to collaborate. When we think about what makes us happy, we remember the dinners we ate together, the walks we took with the sea as our backdrop, and the lazy days we spent sunbathing.
All of the rooms are large and furnished with a chair and working desk. The double beds and superb mattresses will provide a childlike sleep.
Amazing location and staff! You are right in the middle of the old town. Loads of restaurants at your doorstep.
That being said, the rooms you see when you make the booking may not be the rooms you get, in fact, we were sent to another building which made it seem that we were exiled to an airbnb without prior info.
The staff was lovely and tried to move us back the next day but we had to be downgraded to a standard room when we paid for a premium.
The showers are also faulty. The water suddenly becomes cold or hot.
Overall, cannot fault the staff or location but the constant room changing and downgrading wasn’t the greatest.
Clean and modern rooms. We stayed 2 nights in a private room with a private bathroom. In the shared kitchen was free coffee and a washer. WiFi was excellent and the room came with a desk.
My only complaint would be that some of the sheets and towels had stains on them.

of the apartments are impeccably decorated and furnished. I stayed here four weeks and felt at home from the first minute. Amazing location and great hospitality from Brani and Filip. Can’t wait to come back again
Great location, cheerful staff, nice decoration. There was one hour delay for check-in and cleans towels were not ready. Besides them, everthing was nice☺️
Perfect place to make Kotor Memory. The building is excellently positioned and oriented on several sides with great views of the charming surroundings. Lovely atmosphere, a mixture of the timeless beauty of the old town and very pleasant interiors. Comfortable spaces. I enjoyed the morning sun in the room. Super clean. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming host. Great for both coliving/coworking and vacation.
