Pachamama Farm Retreat Coliving is a beautiful hundred-year-old stone house that was lovingly brought back to life in 2019. You’ll find original stone walls, an old mill, and a traditional Balkan stone circle called Gumno woven right into the property. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are also cozy glamping tents and an adorable treehouse where you can sleep under the stars without giving up comfort. The whole place sits on over a hectare of quiet land, tucked between forests and meadows that make you feel like you’ve escaped the world for a while.
This is where deep work actually happens. Digital nomads can post up at a cozy desk in their private room or work alongside others in the shared spaces—whatever fits your flow. Homeschooling families get built-in support from other parents while kids learn and play together, exploring different ways to grow beyond traditional classrooms. Artists, writers, musicians, and other creatives draw inspiration from the landscape, the slower pace of farm life, and the energy that comes from being around people who get it. You’ve got the quiet you need to focus and the nature to keep you inspired.
The community here is all about sustainability, slowing down, and making real connections. You’ll naturally cross paths with others in the shared spaces, and the slower rhythm makes room for real conversations instead of rushed hellos. Days here flow with the rhythm of farm life: gardening, feeding animals, cooking together, and sharing meals around the common table. Each adult pitches in about one to two hours a day – think helping in the kitchen, tending the garden, tidying shared spaces, or sharing whatever skills you bring to the table. It’s these small contributions that make this feel like an actual home instead of just another rental. You’ve got space for yoga, meditation, sauna time (coming soon), or cultural activities. Some days you’ll hike to secret beaches or explore nearby fortresses, while other nights turn into movie marathons or long dinners. You’re in the heart of Kotor Bay on Montenegro’s gorgeous coastline, so hidden beaches are close by, and you can hit Kotor Old Town, Budva Old Town, or Tivat Marina in 20–30 minutes. Flying in is easy too – Tivat, Dubrovnik, and Podgorica airports are all nearby. It’s that sweet spot where you feel miles away but can still get wherever you need to go.

in the last weekThe week here was wonderful, and the activities transported me: massages, acro-yoga, writing, and more. The festival was very well organized, offering both freedom and opportunities for togetherness. It's an ideal place to recharge and meet enriching and generous people. 🍃

a week agoIt is very difficult to leave a positive enough review for Pachamama. The farm is beautiful, full of life and greenery and situated in truly the middle of nowhere. Zoe, Pasha, and their son Gigi are the most welcoming and charming family and they make sure everyone present is part of the community. I was there for partly co-living, partly joining their new annual festival - I'd heartily recommend either. The farm is always full of lovely volunteers and everyone you meet will become a new friend. The farm even has delicious home-cooked shared meals from around the world, easy access to isolated beaches, a pool, and an air-conditioned wooden yoga studio.

a week agoI had the best experience possible at Pachamama Farm Retreat. This place is truly magical — the surroundings are beautiful, the food is incredible, and the people, energy, and overall vibe are absolutely wonderful. Everything is created with so much care and harmony: the amazing activities, the nature walks, the beaches, the waterfalls, and all the experiences shared together. It is a place where you can truly reconnect, relax, and feel part of something special. Pachamama is a place I have chosen to return to whenever possible, because every time it offers something meaningful and unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend this retreat more highly. It is a truly unique experience!!
