This place looks nothing like the pictures. Well done by a good photographer and a good stylist. Plants and wall decoration, pillows, chairs, curtains, terrace furniture is not as in the picture or not even there. (We booked a family appartment with own bathroom.) Check our pictures to see the reality. Bedding is very basic, nothing fancy like advertised with. No warm/ extra bedding. No hangers for your clothes in the cabinets. Based on the pictures our expectations were set too high. Location is good and service is good though, we reported a problem and that was solved well. Thanks for that.

The room smelled like mold and I would be concerned about arising health issues if you stay there for a longer period. The sheets and the towels were dirty, they were always a little wet due to the humidity in the room. In the room next to us were two babies crying for the whole night. Who allows babies there? That’s just not okay. I would highly recommend you to not stay there, it was a nightmare. The location right in the city center was good though.

Jacinta was really nice but there were definitely a few things a miss here. The pictures on the website didn’t match the room. That could be Agoda but there was also no solutions. We received one key for four adults in the family room. The front door is locked at all hours so it complicated our trip. The family room is essentially just two small rooms connected to a bathroom. There’s only an area to sleep. There’s also no heating so on some nights I was uncomfortably cold. The shower head was positioned weird where it just sprayed the back wall and got water everywhere. The location is great, you’re right next to everything. When I’m back in the area I’ll likely stay somewhere else.

Moldy, smelly, damp, dirty and noisy hostel "lodge" Not a great place to stay with so many other options on the area. Terrible value for money. Didn't see anyone cleaning the main bathrooms once while there. Had to buy earplugs to sleep. Mold was everywhere - they have just painted over it. Doors slamming every night and generally bad experience
