2 weeks agoTerrible experience with both the property and the customer service. The property itself was not what was advertised. The beds were broken, the heat didn't work (in december), and the location was not what I expected. My friend and I booked a room with two beds under his account because he had points he wanted to use and I paid my portion with my own credit card. Months before the trip I had even emailed Outsite asking about transferring points so I could book on my own account. They said no, so we booked under his. When I checked in I didn't have my name on the reservation since it was under his account. Honest mistake. I owned up to it, explained everything, and apologized. A member of their team confirmed in writing the matter was closed. Despite all of that said I was being deceptive, even though I voluntarily provided my information upon check in, paid out of pocket, and took full responsibility. That is not deception. That is accountability. Three months later my account was suspended. Not his. Mine. His account was the one the reservation was under. The only difference between us? I am a Black woman. He is a white man. I still have not been told what policy I broke or how long the suspension will last, after asking both questions multiple times. Outsite markets itself as a community. Based on my experience their definition of community does not include accountability, transparency, or basic customer service.

11 months agoStayed here with my daughter as she was working. This place is fabulous, esp the community they create for single people. Cafe down stairs was perfect for me to work in as well. Awesome concept
