Absolutely amazing staff and hotel. We turned up and asked for a room when our son was admitted to hospital followed a suspected heart attack on our cruise ship. They have supported us every step of the way with extending our stay and anything else we needed help with. Exceptionally clean, good food, great location. The best staff we have come across during all our travels. Recommend 100%

Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and tidy. All staff are super quick and efficient. The hotels location is out the way but for me ideal as it’s quiet. Residents as well as guests are here but no issues. Roof top pool, gym and restaurant. Would stay again.

Homa is perfect for long term residents. They really take care of their property and guests. After 8 months of living here I only have good experiences. For example: (A/C cleaners showed up right away when i mentioned small smell from our rooms units, never experienced this before) Only small minus is the location, but i believe this is chosen in purpose to afford long term renters decent prices for quality hotel.

One of the best accommodations for long-term stay in Phuket! HOMA is a pet friendly condo with prohibited sub rent, so most of the neighbors are international entrepreneurs and digital nomads - you won’t meet loads of tourists here Great variety of services and amenities including complimentary unlimited drinking water supply and 24/7 vending stations. Awesome Italian restaurant and rooftop swimming pool with beautiful sunset views! Helpful staff and fast problem solution if any arise. Would like to say a big thank you for Air and Fern from reception for 1-year perfect stay After months of searching I decided to book 1 more year here.

The room itself was quite nice, but it had quite a small balcony, with about a third occupied by bird droppings. The ceiling was quite high, giving a nice and spacious feeling. The small kitchen area had everything you need for a small meal. Sadly the room was quite noisy, you heard people walk past your room even when they tried to be quiet, which was especially annoying in the night. The windows were also pretty sound permeable. We were on the sixth floor right beneath the pool area, where you could hear the loud noises of other guests pushing the loungers by the pool early in the morning. The pool area was very small for the amount of guests, especially way too few loungers so we and other guests had to sit and lay on the ground most of the time. People decided to work on their laptops right at the pool on the loungers instead of the designated coworking space, too, which took away even more space from the people who wanted to relax by the pool. There were almost exclusively Russian guests, but that is how Phuket is. A lot of guests also brought their pets, mostly dogs, which ran around in the lobby and the ground floor, but are fortunately not allowed on the 7th floor where the restaurant, game room and pool is. The staff were always very helpful and nice, we got a very good recommendation for Pad Thai in the area. The security guard at the entrance was also funny and very nice. There were a lot of good food stands and also restaurants around, the Viva restaurant in the hotel itself was only alright and expensive in contrast to what’s around.
