Haven is overrun with a rodent infestation reminiscent of a third-world slum. The management, in their grand wisdom, took a leisurely two months to acknowledge the stench of rat excrement after members had already raised concerns. Kudos to the in-house management team (Henry, Dayna, James) for their stellar efforts, but alas, the owners of Haven seem to possess the awareness of a rock when it comes to the brand they feebly attempt to peddle to people.
The wellness aspect, supposedly the cornerstone of this decrepit establishment, is propped up by a pitifully small cadre of hardworking individuals who adhere to the principles more faithfully than the oblivious owners. It’s not out of any genuine enthusiasm from the ownership to champion these ideals but rather because a select few staff members take it upon themselves to salvage the sinking ship.
Without the valiant endeavors of a handful of members striving to maintain a semblance of decency, this place would be a complete and utter dump—courtesy of the owners’ neglect. Surprise, surprise—they rarely grace the property with their esteemed presence unless absolutely compelled. They’re more interested in counting their ill-gotten gains than ensuring the place adheres to the purported mission statement of being a “purpose-driven wellness coliving community.”
What was once a haven has devolved into a haven for the spiritually apathetic and financially desperate. The screening process, if it even exists, has become a joke, allowing all manner of creeps, druggies, and psychopaths to slither in. In its heyday, Haven might have been something special, but now it’s nothing more than a dilapidated facade of its former self. The owners have made it abundantly clear that their primary concern is maximizing profits, not aligning their business with the laughable mission statement they tout: “Haven is a purpose-driven wellness coliving community.”

4 months agoThe locations are both very close to the beach. All you see is beautifully interiored and the equipment is the best. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the people are too. It's quiet and the pods have lights, plugs, and shelves. The mattresses are very comfortable. I highly recommend Haven! The only problems I had was a lot of gossip that gave me real problems.

4 months agoScammers. They make you fill out application and charge application fee then no reply if I was accepted or denied. I’ve been contacting the manager James Foster. He sent me an email that do not replay. And he stopped responding to me. Poor way to collect money
