Pranik is a boutique coliving in Laureles, one of Medellin’s best neighborhoods. You’re on a quiet residential street with cafes, restaurants, and a park within walking distance—close enough to everything without the noise. Laureles is where a lot of digital nomads end up because it has that local neighborhood feel while still being well-connected to the rest of the city. The building itself is four stories with 35 private rooms and studios. What sets Pranik apart is the wellness component: infrared sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi available when you need to reset. The communal kitchen is where people naturally gather—cooking happens, conversations start, and you’ll probably end up at a few dinners you didn’t plan on. If you need your own space, the studios also come with private kitchens.
The coworking space has 600 Mbps fiber optic WiFi, ergonomic seating, and natural light with park views. Your video calls won’t drop, and you can count on stable internet whether you’re on Zoom for an hour or uploading large files. There are quiet areas for focused work and soundproof booths for calls. Every room also has its own desk, so you can work wherever makes sense that day.
Founders Leo and Karolina designed Pranik for digital nomads who want both productivity and connection. There are regular wellness activities—yoga, breathwork, sauna sessions—that give your day some structure beyond just work. Weekly community dinners bring people together without forcing it. You’ll meet other remote workers and entrepreneurs who get what it’s like to build a business or career from your laptop. The community forms naturally around shared meals, wellness sessions, and the common spaces. Show up when it works for you.

in the last weekHeartily recommend staying here for any digital nomads looking to connect with like-minded folk and embrace a community of others who prioritise healthy living. It is a family like atmosphere with the volunteers and the owners etc. It is slightly expensive but this comes with the location and the activities that are delivered.

a week agoi've stayed at pranik for 5 months now, across several of their rooms, and it's my favorite option in laureles. the whole place is newly built and it shows. everything is fresh, everything works, and the attention to detail is on point. every room i've stayed in is high quality, and each one has a dedicated desk, so i can work in full privacy or move to the coworking space when i want a change of scene. the wifi works great. the design is what sets it apart. the terrace, the social kitchen, the yoga room, the coworking area, the jacuzzi, the sauna and cold plunge, the rooms themselves: every space is done with taste and care. the contrast therapy became the unexpected core of my routine here. regular rounds of the infrared sauna and cold plunge have improved my mental clarity and supported my work in subtle ways i didn't anticipate, and having that a few steps from my room changes what a normal workday feels like. what i value most is the balance it gives me. it isn't like a typical hostel or hotel where you're pushed into constant contact with strangers. i can have a completely private day in my room, or join a community dinner and hang out with the other praners in the common areas. the crowd is wellness-oriented digital nomads and conscious travelers, not party tourists, so the atmosphere stays calm. caro and leo have built a great team. they're attentive and genuinely connected to the place, as comfortable in it as the guests are. my room is cleaned every week, spotless. i always feel safe here, fully at ease, never on guard. the neighborhood is safe too, with everything in walking distance. more than anything, pranik supports my focus and creativity on a daily basis. it's a sanctuary. easy five stars.

3 weeks agoI loved this coliving and would absolutely come back! The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed and the coworking area made working easy. The wellness amenities, especially the sauna, cold plunge, and yoga room were wonderful for relaxing after work. The location is walking distance from grocery stores, a gym, cafes and restaurants, while being quiet at night. But the best part is the community! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and there were fun activities organized throughout the week (my favorite was the Wednesday dinner)! Thank you for such an amazing stay!
