I had a truly perfect experience at As We Flow. The house is set in beautiful surroundings where time doesn’t matter, and where you naturally find peace of mind — exactly what I came for. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the internet worked very well, which was important since I also needed to work remotely. The host, Justus, made me feel at home from the very first moment. His warm and welcoming personality is something I will genuinely miss. I can fully recommend this place to anyone who needs to recharge, slow down, and be surrounded by some of the most stunning beaches.

All in all, this experience was a bit dissapointing as a coliving. I'll start with the positive though: they keep the place really clean and the view from the garden is beautifull. But there were a lot of things that weren't how I expected them. First of all, the website said there were 7 or 8 rooms, but there were only 4 rooms in the end (a lot less people so that changes the vibe of a place). It was not a deception, they just hadn't updated their website yet. Then, there's no office space or decent workstation and most of the guests here were just coming for vacation instead of remote working (you can also book the place on airbnb), which in my opinion doens't make it a coliving. Also, the owner's parents and friends stayed over in the house, which also didn't create a real coliving athmosphere, since these people were not there to socialize with us, the colivers. And lastly, I expected to be climbing the whole month since the coliivng brands itself as a climbing coliving, but none of the other guests were climbers. Another thing that's good to know (I didn't do my research beforehand): the region where the house is is quite fancy and it's full of resorts and vacation homes. It didn't feel like a place where people actually live, so it seemed quite fake to me (my personal opinion of course). And from Octobre on, everything closes down so there's not much to do (not an issue for me , but some other guests were dissapointed by that). Nai and Lorenzo are good hosts though and they have a lot of good tips about what to do on the island. But for me, this was not what I expect or need from a coliving.

I spent two weeks here and had a wonderful time! I especially enjoyed the sunrises I could see from bed and the beautiful garden and outdoor area! The rooms are fantastic, clean, and nicely furnished! Nai and Lorenzo were very helpful and incredibly kind! I was a little disappointed by the size of the communal area. There isn't a separate workspace like I've experienced in other co-living spaces. There are also only four rooms, and the kitchen is quite small. It's perfect and perfectly adequate for a vacation, but I think it would be difficult to work if you have a lot of meetings. Also, you should be aware of the location: It's on the northernmost and most upscale part of the island, so every tourist attraction is at least a 30-60 minute drive away. The area is quite different from the rest of the island—lots of expensive hotels, international restaurants, and swimming pools :D but it's incredibly quiet.

Nairi and Lore were fantastic hosts! They've created a really lovely, welcoming environment. It was a perfect place to have my first co-living experience.
